MicroNova now enlists 100 employees after a continuous increase of employment in the last years. Until 2008, 60 persons were engaged. Despite a financial and economic crisis, MicroNova could continue to grow successfully.

Cooperation with carts GmbH, manufacturer of Hardware-in-the-Loop-simulators in Kassel, after its acquisition by Josef W. Karl, MicroNova's owner.
Opening of the site in Ingolstadt.

Merging of MicroNova electronic GmbH with TWT AG to become MicroNova AG.
