Plan Manager

The Plan Manager supports the network planning for GSM and UMTS networks and can be employed independently from the network planning tool used. The Plan Manager:

• provides, through history and version management, a transparent adaptation to new versions of network producers.
• allows consistency checks between the plan parameters and the live network. The user determines validation rules for the consistency check with the help of a rule editor.
• supports the consistent implementation of changes in the plan and live network that become necessary at short notice.
