The protection of personal data in all of our business operations is very important to us. For the protection of the personal data being stored we have taken extensive technical and organizational precautions. In the following we explain what kind of information is collected while you are visiting our Website and how the information is used.

Storage of Access Data while visiting our Website
When visiting our Website, an anonymous data set is stored on our Web server. This data set consists of the page from which the file was requested, the file name, the date and time of the request, the amount of data transferred, the access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.), a description of the type of Web browser used, the IP address of the requesting computer that is shortened by the last 6 digits (anonymous). This information is collected and evaluated for statistical purposes and the defence of irregular queries in order to protect our Web services and to be able to adapt our Web services to your demands. Personal user profiles are not created. Please also pay attention to our notes concerning the use of Google Analytics as follows.

Use of Google Analytics
To improve the attractiveness, content and functionality of its Website, MicroNova AG uses a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "Cookies". Cookies are text files that are stored on your computer to analyse your interaction with the Website. The information so generated by the Cookie is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If the IP anonymization on this Website is activated, however, Google will shorten your IP address within the Member States of the European Union or any of the contracting states of the Treaty on the European Economic Area before forwarding it to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be passed on to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this Website, Google will use the information to evaluate your interaction with the Website, compile reports on Website activities and provide the Website operator with other services related to the use of the Website and the Internet. The IP address transferred from your browser within the framework of Google Analytics is not joined with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the storage of Cookies by selecting the appropriate setting in your browser software; we would like to point out, however, that in such case you might not be able to make proper use of all functions of this Website. You can also prevent Google's collection of the data that is generated by the Cookie and related to your use of the Website (including your IP address) as well as Google's processing of such data by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en. As an alternative to the browser plug-in and when using browsers on mobile devices you have the option to set an opt-out Cookie by clicking the link: Google Analytics Opt-Out. So a future collection of the data by Google Analytics is avoided as long as this cookie is not deleted. For more information please refer to the link mentioned or go to www.google.com/analytics/privacyoverview.html. Please note that on this Website Google Analytics was extended by another command to ensure an anonymous collection of IP addresses (anonymizeIP).

Use of Adobe Typekit
Our Website takes advantage of the service of Adobe Typekit in order to use Web fonts. Provided that JavaScript is activated, your browser downloads font files from the servers of Adobe Typekit. Typekit assures that for rendering this service neither Cookies are set nor visitor data collected. The data transmitted is used exclusively for the identification of our Website and our Adobe account for the purpose of making available and displaying the appropriate fonts from the library of fonts. For more details please go to: http://www.adobe.com/en/privacy/typekit.html.
