In order to expand this rapidly growing business segment, we are looking for support.

Your responsibilities

Project management of HiL construction from A to Z according to customer requirements.
Management of a team of specialists from technical and personnel point of view.
Control over the financial side of the project - creation of bids and calculations, cost control.
Integration tests of current vehicle architectures, tests in the field of electric motors, hybrid drives and assistance systems.
Definition of timelines taking into account external and internal resources.
Optimization of production and testing processes.
Creation of prototype solutions for component tests and HiL integration tests.
Testing the properties of individual components before delivery to the customer.
Reporting of individual projects.

Your skills and experience

High school/university education in a technical field
Minimum 3 years of team management experience - strong communication skills, ability to coordinate activities and delegate tasks
Experience in project management from A to Z
English and German at least B2 level - you will communicate in both languages on a daily basis
