The MicroNova team in Braunschweig works for the Volkswagen Group, among others, and supports various departments of the automaker in planning tests for control units.

AUDI AG and many of its suppliers also rely on MicroNova’s expertise. The team at the Ingolstadt branch supports the automaker and its suppliers primarily in the areas of testing and test automation. In addition, MicroNova handles the commissioning and maintenance of hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) simulators and assists with the development of new test models as needed.

Our team at the Jablonec nad Nisou location supports ZF Engineering Plzen, among others, in implementing the EXAM test automation solution. In addition, MicroNova experts are working together with colleagues in Kassel and Vierkirchen on the further development of the NovaCarts platform.

ks.MicroNova GmbH, based in Kassel, supports automotive manufacturers and suppliers primarily in the development and refinement of test and automation solutions. Its product range extends from individual test stations and custom solutions to fully virtual laboratory vehicles, in which a vehicle’s control units can be operated and tested under real-world conditions.

The team in Leonberg primarily supports Porsche AG. A key component of this work is the comprehensive management of hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) systems from various manufacturers and of different designs—including planning, commissioning, and validation. Other areas of responsibility include software development and support for the EXAM test automation solution.

In order to collaborate directly on-site with automotive manufacturers and suppliers based in the Czech Republic, MicroNova founded its first foreign subsidiary, cz.MicroNova s.r.o., in early 2016. Among other things, our team in Mladá Boleslav supports Škoda in maintaining and operating the NovaCarts systems deployed there. The site’s portfolio also includes a comprehensive range of services related to the EXAM test automation solution, as well as development services for the NovaCarts platform.

About 200 kilometers as the crow flies—that’s how close the Plzeň location is to MicroNova’s headquarters in Vierkirchen. This Testing Solutions location in the Czech Republic has been in operation since mid-2019 and moved to the Techtower Project in mid-February 2023. Some of the employees work directly from there, while others are assigned to projects in Mladá Boleslav and Jablonec nad Nisou. The location focuses on software development.

Since 1994, MicroNova’s headquarters has been located in the town of Vierkirchen, north of Munich. The company now occupies two buildings at Unterfeldring #6 (corporate headquarters) and #17, which house not only a large portion of the development teams but also executive management and administrative departments (Human Resources, Marketing, the Finance Department, and central corporate IT).

At the headquarters, employees develop products and solutions for the Telco Solutions division. In addition, some of the development work for Testing Solutions takes place here. The experts from the Consulting Team and the Enterprise Solutions Team are also based in Vierkirchen.
