Quality and reliability are of utmost importance to us. This is why our quality management system (QM system) is certified according to the current quality management standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 of TÜV SÜD.
MicroNova AG, ks.MicroNova GmbH and cz.MicroNova s.r.o. were last audited by the responsible TÜV auditors in March 2020. As the audits were very successful, TÜV SÜD issued a joint certificate for all three companies for the first time on April 27, 2020. The current ISO certificate is valid for three years and is checked in annual surveillance audits. This confirmes that we are a competent, reliable and fair partner - with TÜV-tested quality management.
Quality management (QM) refers to all organizational measures that serve to improve process quality, services and products as well as customer satisfaction. All processes should be transparent and well structured. Furthermore, clear responsibilities are essential – for efficient and customer-oriented work.
The quality management standard "DIN EN ISO 9001" is both nationally and internationally the most widespread standard in quality management. It defines the minimum requirements for a company's QM system that must be implemented in order to be able to meet customer requirements as well as other requirements for product and service quality.
With the implementation of a QM system it is possible to:
- increase the transparency of operational purchases,
- achieve a higher level of customer satisfaction and
- reduce the error rate and thus costs.
A central component of this ISO standard is process orientation: it ensures that all essential processes are continuously monitored, documented and checked.
