Quality management (QM) refers to all organizational measures that serve to improve process quality, services and thus products and customer satisfaction. All processes should be transparent and well structured - for efficiency and customer orientation.
The quality management standard "ISO 9001" is the most widespread national and international standard in quality management. It defines the minimum requirements for a quality management system to be implemented by companies in order to meet product and service quality requirements.
With a QM-System it's possible to:
