Quality and reliability are of utmost importance to us. This is why our quality management system (QM system) is certified according to the current quality standard of TÜV Süd. In March 2017, the responsible TÜV inspector put the company and its processes through their paces and found everything to his complete satisfaction. The current ISO certificate, with annual monitoring audits, is valid for three years. This confirmes that we are a competent, reliable and fair partner - with TÜV-tested quality management.
Quality management (QM) refers to all organizational measures that serve to improve process quality, services and thus products and customer satisfaction. All processes should be transparent and well structured - for efficiency and customer orientation.
The quality management standard "ISO 9001" is the most widespread national and international quality management standard. It defines the minimum requirements for a quality management system to be implemented by companies in order to meet product and service quality requirements.
With a QM system it's possible to:
- increase the transparency of operational purchases,
- achieve a higher level of customer satisfaction and
- reduce the error rate and thus costs.
