The NC-FIE4400 plug-in board is optionally available for failure insertion and can be connected to the NovaCarts Multi I/O board – NC-GMB3000. The extension board makes it possible to insert the following failures on the signal lines:
- interruption
- cross-fault between signals
- short circuit to FailRail1 and FailRail2
It also offers an additional connection for real and dummy loads.
