  • Beginners with initial basic knowledge who want to build on this foundation with further in-depth knowledge of project management
  • Anyone who uses or would like to use a professional low-code/no-code solution such as monday.com as a central digitalization tool for their project organization - from IT administrators to department heads and senior management.

This is what the boot camp "Project management with monday.com" is all about

The MicroNova team will teach you the central basics of project management as well as proven methods of classic and agile project work - thanks to its transformation expertise with the necessary know-how for company-wide scaling. Using concrete scenarios, projects are planned and visualized with monday.com. This is primarily about methodical understanding, clear communication and structured teamwork - and not just about functions in the tool.

Our experts also shed light on topics such as team development, taking on responsibility and project ownership - always with the aim of making your actual project work digital and more successful. No matter what milestone you are at in your digital transformation.

In concrete terms, it will look like this: We will use an example to show you how a complete project can be mapped in a digitalization tool; we have chosen monday.com for this, but the approach can basically be transferred to other digitalization software. The building blocks will include

  • Creating a project plan and a communication plan, including any necessary adjustments
  • Recording and tracking risks
  • Recording the lessons learned
  • Automated reports
  • Resource planning incl. employees

We also simulate parts of a project kick-off workshop using the methods learned.

Target Group

Our three-day event is aimed at experienced project managers who want to further improve the way they work with monday.com. Newcomers with initial knowledge of project management can also take part and expand their knowledge base. In addition, current and future users of monday.com and other project management tools benefit from the concrete approach based on realistic use cases. The networking concept is another plus point of our project management event for all participants. We particularly welcome all those interested in transformation who are still project management with Excel or similar running and would like to find out about better solutions hands-on.

Procedure, goals & agenda:

The MicroNova project management seminar begins with an introduction to the basics and then teaches methods of planning, control and implementation. The application takes place directly in the tool - step by step, practical and accompanied by case studies. Questions and individual challenges can be actively addressed.

The aim of the event is to master project management in a more structured and confident manner - regardless of whether the focus is on classic or agile approaches. Participants will learn how to use proven tools such as monday.com in a targeted and efficient manner and how to maximize their added value through the clever use of AI. They will gain insight into proven methods and confidence in using digital project management tools.

A networking evening on the second day, including a joint dinner, offers space for exchange and new contacts. Share experiences in a relaxed atmosphere and gain new impulses for your own project practice.
